A. Access the green 'Upload Media' button under the 'Media' tab. Upon selection, choose a file(s) to upload. The file will appear in your library along with a green progress bar. The progress bar will indicate the state of your upload. Once the file is uploaded it will begin to process.

A. You can begin to enter or modify metadata as soon as the file appears in your library. Metadata can be modified immediately. You do not need to wait for a file to complete uploading and processing.

A. In the Media tab, highlight the file to be deleted. Select the delete 'trashcan' icon that appears in the rightside of the highlight.

A. The following metadata is associated with each file:

• Title - The title used when displaying the media
• Genre - The genre used to describe the category of the media
• Tags - A list of descriptive terms that are associated with the media
• Description - The description used when displaying the media
• Bitrates - The list of bitrates available for the media
• Duration - The play length of the media
• Date Uploaded - The date the media was originally uploaded
• Original Name - The original name of the uploaded source file
• Preview Image - The image used to represent the media

A. Yes. Custom metadata properties can be created by doing the following:

1. Navigate to 'Settings' in the upper right corner of the application
2. Select the 'Custom Properties' tab
3. Add your desired custom properties
4. Navigate to the 'Media' tab
5. Select a media and enter values for your custom properties

NOTE: The ability to add custom properties is not enabled for all accounts. If you wish to have this enabled for your account, contact us at support@delvenetworks.com

A. Mouse-over the desired field and double-click.

A. In the 'Media' tab, highlight the desired video. Select the play button in the upper right corner of the application. A preview player will launch and play.

A. In the 'Media' tab, highlight the desired video. Select the camera button next to the preview image in the upper right corner of the application. Upon selection, you can choose between uploading an image or selecting a desired video frame.

A. Your media can be viewed in two ways:

1. Thumbnail View - Media are displayed as image thumbnails
2. Grid View (default) - Media are displayed in a metadata grid

A. Select a view by accessing the two buttons located at the bottom left corner of the media section.

A. The size of the displayed thumbnails can be adjusted by accessing the selector located at the bottom right corner of the media section.

A. Columns can be reordered by drag and dropping to the desired location.

A. By default, the following media properties will appear in 'Grid View': Title, Date Uploaded, Date Updated, Tags. You can add or remove properties from view by doing the following:

1. Select the 'gear' icon from the right-corner of the data grid
2. Place a check next to the desired properties

A. In 'Grid View', media can be sorted by columns. Select the column header to sort. To change the sort order, click on the arrow.

A. Media can be filtered by applying any number of the filter checkboxes located on the left side of the screen.

A. Select the searchbox, located in the top right corner of the media section. Type a word or phrase. The media will dynamically filter as you type. You can limit your search to particular metadata by selecting the checkboxes that appear below the 'Upload Media' button.
