How do I add a file to my library?
A.
Access the green 'Upload Media' button under the 'Media' tab. Upon selection, choose a file(s) to upload. The file will appear in your library along with a green progress bar. The progress bar will indicate the state of your upload. Once the file is uploaded it will begin to process.

What are the basic metadata fields associated with a file and what are they for?
A.
The following metadata is associated with each file:
- Title - The title used when displaying the media
- Genre - The genre used to describe the category of the media
- Tags - A list of descriptive terms that are associated with the media
- Description - The description used when displaying the media
- Bitrates - The list of bitrates available for the media
- Duration - The play length of the media
- Date Uploaded - The date the media was originally uploaded
- Original Name - The original name of the uploaded source file
- Thumbnail - The image used to represent the media

How do I preview a video?

In the Media tab, highlight the desired video. Select the play button in the upper right corner of the application. A preview player will launch and play.

How do I change the default thumbnail image?
A.
In the Media tab, highlight the desired video. Select the camera button next to the thumbnail image in the upper right corner of the application. Upon selection, you can choose between uploading a thumbnail image or selecting a desired video frame.

What views are available?
A.
Your media can be viewed in two ways:
- Thumbnail View - Media are displayed as thumbnails
- Details View (default) - Media are displayed as metadata

How can I quickly search for media?
A.
Select the searchbox, located in the top right corner of the media section. Type a word or phrase. The media will dynamically filter as you type. You can limit your search to particular metadata by selecting the checkboxes located below the 'Upload Media' button.
