What are the two stages of file upload?
A.
A file goes through the following two stages when uploaded:
- Upload Stage - During this stage the original media file is transferred to your Delve Networks account. You must remain connected to the internet for the full duration of a file upload
- Processing Stage - Following upload, your file is encoded to multiple bitrates. Processing will occur independent of your internet connection

How do I upload videos?

There are two ways to upload to your Delve Networks account:
- Login to your account and access the green 'Upload' button under the 'Media' tab
- Transfer files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). This method is recommended for batch uploading and/or large file sizes (>512MB)

How do I FTP?
A.
Files can be uploaded as a batch via FTP. Any standard FTP client will work. If you do not have an FTP client we recommend the following free solution:
