A. No. There is no limit on the number of files you can upload and no additional charges.

A. A file goes through the following two stages when uploaded:

1. Upload Stage - During this stage the original media file is transferred to your Delve Networks account. You must remain connected to the internet for the full duration of a file upload
2. Processing Stage - Following upload, your file is encoded to multiple bitrates. Processing will occur independent of your internet connection

A. There are two ways to upload to your Delve Networks account:

1. Login to your account and access the green 'Upload' button under the 'Media' tab
2. Transfer files via File Transfer Protocol (FTP). This method is recommended for batch uploading and/or large file sizes (>512MB)

A. Yes. You can upload multiple files all at once via FTP or through your Delve Networks account. However, for large batch uploads we recommended using FTP.

A. Files can be uploaded as a batch via FTP. Any standard FTP client will work. If you do not have an FTP client we recommend the following free solution: Download Filezilla

A. The speed of upload is dependent upon the size of your file and your internet connectivity. A smaller filesize and a faster internet connection will result in the quickest uploads.

A. No. The number of files you can upload is unlimited if you do not have a storage limit on your account.

A. Uploading will suspend if internet connectivity is lost. To continue uploading, connectivity must be re-established and the file re-uploaded.
